No longer will I allow my self-doubt and destructive thoughts to harm my sense of self-worth and have me believe I am unworthy. It is time to release the thoughts that hinder my growth, and make room for those that are caring and gentle.

It is not a simple task to forgive, but I release the resentment and hurt I have held on to. I will embrace them with acceptance, kindness, and understanding. By doing this, I bring myself peace and room to grow forward.
