My Honest Thoughts
When I first received this book in the mail, I was taken aback by it’s small, dainty size. It may be small, but it is mighty. Daily Kindness is heavy with thought provoking words to inspire its readers. Since Daily Kindness is by National Geographic, the photos in this book live up to their profound accompanying quotes. This book’s photography is a mesmerising display of captivating natural scenes from corners across the globe.
The quality of the book itself is wonderful. The photos are top tier quality, and there’s even a small string bookmark to help you keep track of where you are in your journey.

What I’ve Learned
Since reading this book, I have been able to find a sense of clarity in many aspects of my life. There is great weight to these short but carefully chosen quotes.
Daily Kindness is a celebration of the big and small moments of life. I was not expecting to find such a moving message within each chapter of this book. I am so glad that I did. Each page is an uplifting reminder to spread joy, gratitude and love through our daily lives.
Why You Might Love It, Too
If you are looking for a book to help you enrich your life and spread kindness daily, this is the book for you. Some days, we need a gentle reminder to embrace kindness. to believe in our strength, and to be authentic to our true selves. This book is a great tool to practise self-care with, and to use while practicing meditation. I would recommend reading this book more than once, as you may seek out different words of advice during the changing tides of your life.
This book would make a lovely Christmas gift to a friend, family member or loved one. I am so glad I have had the opportunity to review this book and share it with you all. I strongly recommend it to all of my readers, as it is a book that can be used in your daily self-care practises as well as in your daily life.
